昨日、今日とこちらのホリデーブレンドの豆を購入しました♪

今までアニバーサリーブレンドは見たことがあったけど、ホリデーブレンドは初めて見ました(^_^)

今年一年の総まとめのお祝いブレンドだそうなので、とっても楽しみ！

日本に戻ってゆっくりと楽しみたいと思います。

お祝い気分のブレンドで、年間通して味わってきた色々な豆をブレンドしています。

今年はとてもグローバルな感じでアフリカ、ラテンアメリカ、インドパシフィックからのコーヒーをブレンドしています。

今年もとても美味しいので、楽しんで下さい。

販売は１２月末までです。

A unique blend of the best coffees of the crop year. Complex and full-bodied. Hints of bittersweet chocolate, a floral aroma, and a smooth, creamy finish.

Holiday Blend is a special offering and is only available for a limited time.

Every year Holiday Blend is crafted anew, comprised of a different combination of the finest coffees of the crop year. Throughout the year, our buyers have been tasting beans from around the world in anticipation of assembling this celebratory blend. We set aside our favorite lots throughout the year and finish crafting this special blend early in the fall.

This year’s roast is truly global with rich and complex coffees from Africa, Latin America, and the Indo-Pacific. We’ve chosen an exquisite Aged Java to serve as the inspiration for this year’s blend. It’s exceedingly rare to find a great Aged Java and we jumped at the opportunity to have this one. It adds body and a smooth, creamy finish to the hearty and intricate blend. From this solid base, we layer on complexity from other origins. This year, you’ll note rich, bittersweet chocolate flavors and floral hints from the addition of Latin American and African coffees.

Our fans always look forward to this unique and luxuriant blend—crafted to stand up to decadent holiday meals and the cold weather of the season. We have 26 years of experience making the best of holiday blends, and it is the exemplary lots we select and reserve throughout the year that make each vintage special.
