About the Brand
Born and raised in the Northwest, Aunt Patty first launched her brand with unsulphured molasses in 1983. The foundation of Aunt Patty's products lies in the Northwest culture and in the philosophy of Pat Turanski. As a homemaker Pat experimented with substituting natural sweeteners for refined white sugar because of the healthier attributes. The foundation is based on two key components, "natural" and "quality". The name was successful and so the vision has expanded to include other "alternative" natural sweeteners in the Aunt Patty's line of products.
