FEOG HOLLOW FARM // APRICOT CONSERVE / NECTARINE CONSERVE / ASIAN PEAR CHUTNEY

とっても好きなフロッグフォローファームのジャム(^_^)
ジャムと言うかコンポートみたいです♪♪
今回は、アプリコット、ネクタリン、和梨のチャツネにしてみました。
追記：アプリコットも美味しいけど、ネクタリンの方が濃厚でより好みでした♪♪
チャツネはシャキシャキしてスパイシーな感じです。お肉に添えたり、チーズに添えたりするのが良いかな？あとは煮込み料理に使うのが良さそうです(^_^)
