■The Greek Gods
Traditional Greek Yogurt is a strained yogurt typically made with cow's milk or goat's milk and usually contains between 9%-10% milk fat, whereas typical whole milk varieties of yogurt found in your local grocer generally don't exceed 3.5% milk fat. The higher milk fat and unique manufacturing process makes for a much smoother body, and creamier mouth appeal that you won't find in traditional yogurts. Once you've had Greek Gods Greek Yogurt, you won't go back to the old standard.
Uses: Greek Gods plain traditional yogurt can be added to smoothies and cereals for breakfast. It can be used to make dips and salad dressings, as a garnish for soups and used to add a creamy taste and texture to sauces and curries. It also makes a great substitute for sour cream or as a topping for fresh fruit. Excellent served with honey, as a topping, or wherever your imagination takes you.

The Concept
Deliver Authentic Greek-style products that embody those flavors found on a Greek dining table.

The Story
Founded in Seattle, WA in 2003 a group of friends (3 Greek Gods) not new to the industry founded and launched The Greek Gods line of quality Authentic Greek-style products.

Months were spent developing a line of products that would best reflect their Greek heritage, family values, and traditions without compromising on the quality of the products delivered to the consumer. Handshakes were exchanged, commitments were made, and responsibilities were assigned. Consequently, the perfect marriage
of friendship, traditional family
recipes, and desire are to blame for
the success of The Greek Gods line.

■Saint Benoît
Saint Benoît Yogurt is a natural product from Sonoma county, California. Our organic yogurts are handcrafted in small batches. Their unique, smooth, creamy flavor begins with the wholesome Jersey milk we use.

Saint Benoît (French for Saint Benedict) founded several monastic communities across Europe. Through centuries - their commitment to a region and its people, their knowledge of the local environment and their concern for the land they farmed - these communities have crafted some of the best artisan food products (cheeses, wines, preserves, etc.) in the world.

The founders of Saint Benoît Creamery, Benoît and David de Korsak, grew up in France and brought with them to California the concept of terroir, or food of a place, which reflects the character of the land from which it came.

"I hope our customers enjoy the simple locally-produced food that embodies the qualities of Sonoma’s soil and ecology, as well as the craftsmanship we bring to each batch."

Bon appétit !
-Benoît

Organic cream-top French-style artisan yogurt

Our Yogurt is made solely from Jersey cow's whole milk and is cultured with L.bulgaricus and S.thermophilus, the yogurt making bacteria. We use wholesome pasture-fed organic cow's milk from John Mattos’ family farm in Two Rock (near Petaluma) in Sonoma county. Our Yogurt culture comes from France where it has been used for decades to produce sweet, mild and smooth yogurts. Unlike most producers, we add no thickeners, stabilizers or preservatives. Just milk and culture, that’s it!

We use local jams for our fruit-at-the-bottom flavors. They come from farms in Sonoma county that grow the fruit organically and make the jam by hand.

Yogurt is probably most popular in Europe, Eastern Europe, The Middle East and Western Asia. Yogurt came to the United states via immigrants and its popularity is relatively recent.
